Pink Gators is a Black feminist owned independent film company founded by dream hampton.

 

A lifelong storyteller who was born and raised in Detroit, dream understands the power of narrative and the importance of place. She borrowed her company name from a shoutout given to her by rapper Notorious BIG after she took him shoe shopping in her hometown.

Pink Gators produces short and feature length documentaries and consults and produces videos for progressive and radical left organizations willing to invest in visual storytelling.
